You cannot have the Highborn and Lowborn perks at the same time, so the decision you make will be permanent and cannot be reversed.
Lowborn – Increases your Speech by 3+ when speaking with peasants and other commoners. With levelling-up of the stats, you will get the option to select one of the perks that in some way. There are no obstacles or situations that would prevent such improvements of selected abilities. Fast travel for example is the same, but the frame rate stays fairly more consistent. These improvements come automatically simply by playing and all can be developed to the maximum. Laods are almost instantaneous, the minutes long speech at the beginning of the game is almost missing entirely. Highborn – Increases your Speech by 3+ when talking with nobles and other wealthy people. During the course of the game, Henry will improve his stats, which you can find in the Player tab. While both perks have their benefits, the choice you make will be dependent on the character you’re building and your particular playstyle. There are two perks that could cause you a moment to pause, and those are Highborn and Lowborn. 
Every four levels, you will receive an additional Speech perk point for use. Your Speech skill in Kingdom Come: Deliverance dictates how well Henry can converse with other characters, whether that’s talking himself out of a tough situation or trying to get friendly with someone.
